單天培老師擁有14年的人力資源工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),是精品課《全“心”溝通》、《順“勢”而為》、《“三位一體”TTT》的首席研發(fā)顧問。單天培獲得MBA和心理學(xué)雙碩士學(xué)位,同時(shí)具備海外留學(xué)和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),曾擔(dān)任國內(nèi)知名企業(yè)大學(xué)執(zhí)行院長,負(fù)責(zé)制定中、長期學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展計(jì)劃、設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施培訓(xùn)體系項(xiàng)目,搭建領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力勝任力模型,培養(yǎng)和評(píng)估內(nèi)訓(xùn)師體系等;在跨國公司從事HR管理,負(fù)責(zé)員工招聘、學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展項(xiàng)目、建立和運(yùn)營培訓(xùn)體系、實(shí)施組織發(fā)展計(jì)劃、推進(jìn)中、高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力項(xiàng)目、研發(fā)和授課、推廣企業(yè)文化等。

單天培 has rich experience in HR Management(14 years), who was the chief course-designer of “Psychologically Based Communication Skills”, “Strategic Thinking & Implementation of HR Management”, “TTT Based on the Principal and Practice of Psychological,Consulting and Training”.
單天培 has double-master degree, studied and worked abroad. He was the vice president of Chunguang Management College. Before that, he was the People System Manager of Bama Food (China). 單天培 has more than 10-year practice and expertise in building effective training system, designing and developing leadership program, delivering training courses, people development and review, recruitment and business culture, competence and TTT, etc.
